Returns & Refund Policy

By placing an order through stonescrystalshop.com you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.

1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping as well as the cost of shipping for any exchanges. ***You must safely package the items, these are very fragile crystals. If we receive them broken, cracked or damaged then you will not be refunded. DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO OUR STOREFRONT ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL GIVE YOU THE RETURN ADDRESS. If you ship your items to the wrong address you will not be refunded. 

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@stonescrystalshop.com  If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ***You must safely package the items, these are very fragile crystals. If we receive them broken, cracked or damaged then you will not be refunded. DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO OUR STOREFRONT ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL GIVE YOU THE RETURN ADDRESS. If you ship your items to the wrong address you will not be refunded. 


3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, or wrong product. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@stonescrystalshop.com

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost, both ways for the exchange. 

DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO OUR STOREFRONT ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL GIVE YOU THE RETURN ADDRESS. If you ship your items to the wrong address you will not be refunded. 


5. RESTOCKING FEE

There is a 10% Restocking Fee for any return.



6. CANCELLATIONS 

There are no cancellation allowed under any circumstances. If you would like an exchange or a refund please see the above policies.

 

7. Additional Comments

We are not responsible if USPS or UPS cannot deliver your package or if they lose your package. We are also not responsible and cannot issue a refund if you gave us the wrong address.
